At DFW Furniture Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original packaging with all hardware, instructions, and protective materials included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Arrange for a carrier pickup or bring the item directly to our warehouse location; please note that return shipping fees may apply to non-defective items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for damages, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
